I had a truly delightful experience staying here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. ⭐ 1/5 One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We visited JP Siddhartha Hotel for lunch specifically to order from the à la carte menu. To our surprise, we were told that several dishes, including Chinese options, were not available à la carte and that we would have to take the buffet instead. When we clearly said we were not interested in the buffet, the staff kept insisting and pressuring us, saying they had already made arrangements and held the buffet for us. It felt less like a choice and more like being forced into something we did not want. What made the experience even worse was the buffet itself. The food quality was pathetic, the spread was extremely limited, there were barely any non-vegetarian options, and there were no worthwhile starters. For the amount they charged, the food and service were nowhere close to acceptable standards. Being pressured into paying for an overpriced buffet and then being served such poor-quality food is completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously needs to improve its customer service, transparency, and food quality. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and cheated. Definitely not worth the money, and I will not be visiting again.

The kids absolutely loved the pool, while we enjoyed the peace and comfort.What impressed me the most was the outstanding service provided by the front desk team.Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference and created a very positive impression throughout my stay.
