Outstanding comfort and hospitality at such remote location where basic amenities are difficult to arrange, they provide extraordinary healthyfood, deserts. Have souvenir as return gift. Washroom, rooms are too clean, modern and even Netflix is available on tv.. it's a must visit resort. My best experience ever. Can't explain much in words. Please consider and try this place.

Beautifully designed cotteges nicely decorated with taste and class. Service is very nice. Very good homely food served with a smile. Location is just outside the Dholaveera site, 15 mins drive to the Road to Heaven. Quiet and aloof. Overall, definitely recommended if you are planning to visit that side of the country

I first stayed at a Praveg property in Diu, and now at Dholavira. Very impressed with the unique themes for their properties. Clean spacious and well appointed rooms, tasty food, courteous staff. I am especially thankful to Mr Vishnu Prasad, manager at the property. We were driving from White Rann and had got quite late on our way. He stayed in touch, kept checking our status and also kept kitchen open so that we could have our dinner. Many thanks Vishnu Ji and Praveg. We really enjoyed our stay at both the properties during this trip.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention the severe water-related issues I faced during my stay at Praveg White Rann Resort, Rann of Kachchh. On the very first day after a long travel, this was the worst experience we ever had !! During my stay, there was an acute shortage of water in the washroom. The water supply was highly irregular, and at times completely unavailable. This caused significant inconvenience, especially for basic needs such as bathing, sanitation, and overall hygiene. Despite informing the resort staff multiple times, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. Initially the response was pathetic as if it is just an accident. I was stuck in washroom for close to 40-45 min in that situation. On top of that the manager and the resort staffs were absolutely not professional or even apologetic in handling the issue while we were irritated on the whole scenario ( which was very obvious) Considering that Praveg White Rann Resort is a premium property and caters to tourists visiting from different parts of the country, such basic amenities should be ensured without fail. The lack of proper water supply seriously affected the comfort and quality of our stay and did not meet the standards expected from a reputed brand. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary corrective measures so that future guests do not face similar difficulties.
