I will never recommend this hotel as the staff members are very rude especially to tourists and it is not a 24/7 hotel and they don't know how to behave and talk with their guests. They are also very rude for room services. The breakfast area was so dirty, there were packets and food leftovers scattered everywhere on the tables and floor and they are not even bothered to clean the area for the next person who will be eating. Do not waste your money in this place it does not even deserve 1 star!

The hotel was really good But a few negative pointers 1. The bed was quite narrow for couple with a small child... Even 2 fat people can't adjust properly 2. The entrance is a bit tricky, the electric vehicles refuse to enter the lane as it is going downwards.. wear good shoes coz it's like trekking. Not recommended for old people 3. If you're looking for a vegetarian restaurant this one's not it, there's also pork, chicken, mutton in the menu Now coming to the positive reviews:- 1. The view is spectacular, the hotel is one of a kind in terms of location, as it is the only building where you can look outside and see the whole city... Even the deluxe rooms provide luxurious feeling 2. The staff is very cooperative and friendly, any problem and they come to attend you within 5 minutes 3. They have provided room heater and geyser, electric kettle in all the rooms, although the room heater is insufficient for the chilling shillong weather, but you can find a little comfort in these equipments 4. Everything is in good condition and the bedsheets, blankets all are very clean and comforting Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend

Worst management in hotel industry that I have ever seen they charge u for the stay but do not give service and do not answer your calls when needed. We had to be picked up from a point as our vechile was not allowed to enter the area, I spoke to owner around 7 and he said he will not be able to serve dinner and asked us to eat before we reach the hotel and later he stopped answering the calls we had to make our senior parents walk until the hotel. Sam situation occured next day where they had assured us that this will not repeat again. Please don't choose the place for stay

Waste category hotel . No one responds to the calls to the given landline no. Or the mobile no. The owner is very irresponsible. They pickup the reciever & put it on the side but never reply the calls on the landline . Owner doesn't seem to be bothered to reply the calls on his no. Given .Please never book this hotel . Tempo doesn't enter the hotel lane so need to go to the hotel on the steep road by walk . Never book this hotel & waste your money .
