Our experience at the Ganga Kinare was divine,beautiful and surreal. From friendly staff to exceptional service - the Ganga Kinare exuded professionalism, class and pristine service. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming, assisting us with every concern and query with ease and professionalism as well as for assisting and performing our Mom and dad's puja. We left feeling fulfilled and spiritually aligned to the purpose of our trip.Special mention goes to the entire team who were very warm & courteous especially Mr anoop (Manager) Mr Satis, Driver Mr Sandeep. The Spa was excellent as well.

I had my dinner last night over there, and I chose to sit outdoors facing the river and forest, rather than in the AC restaurant. I had lemon coriander soup, vegetables, tawa roti, and yellow dal. What I observed is that, although the two people who served me—Sumir and Rahul—were quite courteous, I could sense some kind of snobbishness from the rest of the staff when I was checking the items in the buffet. The way they look at people based on what they wear and how they look is quite unfortunate. When you visit temple towns like this, or pilgrimage places, you come to let go of your ego and pride; you wear simple clothes and come in simple attire just to let go of unnecessary things. You don't come here to show your pomp and greatness, right? In front of God, everyone is equal. That should be the attitude and the body language reflected in the hospitality of any restaurant or hotel, especially one that is among the top-rated in the city. They should receive enough training to be courteous, polite, and smiling, and that would rate them much better, I believe. Thank you.

The rooms were neat and tidy. The location is excellent within 2 km of the Triveni Ghat. It has its own Ghat for bathing/dips into the Ganga. The food was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and appeared to be well trained. Divine live music is rendered over dinner.If there is an area for improvement I would hestitatingly suggest modernisation of the fixture and fittings in the bathrooms but then again this would be trying to fnd something to balance the over whelming positive atmosphere and environement created by the hotel. I would unreservedly recommend hotel for stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent across all areas. The reception, valet parking, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were always friendly, helpful, and ensured our stay was comfortable. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a lovely marine drive that is perfect for walks during sunrise and sunset. Triveni Ghat is within walking distance, and watching the evening Aarti there was a wonderful experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Indian, Oriental, and Continental food, all of very good quality. The breakfast spread is excellent, and it was refreshing to see new items added each day. While the hotel is not very large, it is thoughtfully designed with a small garden, a temple, direct access to the ghat, a restaurant with great views, and a very useful jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, neat, and comfortable. For cafés or adventure activities like river rafting, Tapovan is a better option, but it is easy to travel there by auto. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
