They say it's a 5 star by Marriott but it is not up to standard. Swimming pool was green which indicates algae infestation and dirty. Unacceptable. I didn't get hot water in the shower, can you imagine. Unacceptable. The bar was shut (though alcohol was available) - no bartender. Never heard of something like this in a 5 star. Unacceptable. No baby /kid menu. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and the rugs in our rooms looked like a crime scene. The shower enclosures are full of water stains. One towel had a hole. Best part: a large group of male Indian guests entered the swimming pool with white cotton undergarments and underwear/boxers which was disgusting. Hotel allowed it. This hotel has no class. No wonder the rooms were cheap. I thought I got a good deal but actually it was just cheap. Service was slow but good people. Small. Boring.

We visited the property for a dining experience at cafe Tinto and I must say the food is beyond doubt one of the most delicious ones that I have had in north goa. Special mention to our server. Ms.jhumpa for her exceptional service. This was a surprise find and will definitely come here again

The property is conveniently located on the highway. The rooms are large and good enough for 3 adults. The breakfast spread was lavish. The pool was clean as well. Jumpa took really good care of us thru the 3 days. She was caring and attentive as well. From pre ordering a couple of things on day 2 and day 3 to suggesting us options, she really went above and beyond. Thank you Jumpa !

If you are plan your trip to DudhSagar waterfall and visit Old Goa, then this is one of the best place for stay. Rooms are very specious and and amenities are well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was served well in the restaurant. Food taste and buffet breakfast is of next level.
