We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Although the location isn't the best, the hotel itself is spotless and very well kept. The service was also excellent, making for a pleasant overall stay.

The rooms were clean and usable... Noise filtration between rooms and between the lobby and room is questionable... But this review is to highlight a worse situation we have faced... our clothes were given for dry cleaning and they came back pink in colour... the hotel accepted their mistake and offered a refund for the clothes... i had faith in them and left without initiating it in front of me... we stayed there in April and till today no refund despite repeated assurances. Not professional behavior or conduct...

We had really amazing stay at The Shillong Address. The rooms are decently spacious and have all the modern amenities available. The hotel was accomodating to our Packed Breakfast request as we had to leave early for sightseeing. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is right at the center of shillong.

Had a wonderful experience at The Shillong Address. The stay was comfortable and very conveniently located. Food at Ishana was delicious and truly unique, and the cocktails at Shad Skye were creative, one of a kind, and absolutely amazing. The ambience throughout the property was top-notch. A special mention to the staffs extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to guide us on what to eat and drink, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, unique drinks, and a lovely atmosphere in Shillong.
