On the 5th July 2026 we had the Baby shower function of our daughter in law. The management was too helpful and ready to help and provide anything we asked for. The manager ( sorry I forgot to ask his name ) was ever present at the venue to help us. Their polite response and friendly attitude surprised us indeed. The food and their service was first class. All our guests were of praise for the catering team and the quality of the food. We are indeed grateful. Thank you so much for making the event memorable and pleasant.
Worst and third grade hotel in whole of Pondicherry. There was not at all room service available. No proper electricity in the room. AC was not cooling. Washroom was not usable. Receptionist was very impolite. Towels seems to be already used, it stenched. No minimum refridgrator in the room even though the temperature was hot here. Not a single way to communicate to the reception. They unavailable most of time. Parking issues.
Soft drink prices too high and they ar charging soft drinks of 40 rupees for 75-80 rupees range,rooms are decent and good but the toilet seats are unbearable,customer service is bad but a worker named mani anna was sooo calm and talkative 😭 he's one of the sweetest guy and patient while others staffs are getting pissed of at us ,please give mani anna a salary raise. I'm giving 3 star rating because of him. Please order food from outside except breakfast which is free overpriced food tbh
We had a wonderful stay at Abikrishna Hotel & Restaurant in Pondicherry. Our experience was truly memorable, and we enjoyed every moment with family. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food with excellent taste and quality. Every meal was enjoyable, and the hospitality was outstanding. A special appreciation to the entire staff and management team — everyone was kind, polite, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. Thank you, Abikrishna, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pondicherry for a comfortable stay and tasty food. I stayed at Abikrishna Hotel for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, and overall, it was a relaxing stay. The in-house restaurant is a great advantage, offering buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel is also located in a prime and convenient area. The only minor drawback is that it is situated in a residential area, which may feel a bit quiet for some guests. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth considering
