Hotel Pearl Palace is simply beautiful and absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the gorgeous decor, the artistic vibe, and how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything is. It truly feels like a boutique palace. The service here is unmatched—truly impeccable. The staff is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a fantastic variety of fresh and flavorful options. Having breakfast here was the perfect start to our days of exploring Jaipur. If you are visiting the Pink City, do yourself a favor and stay here. It is an exceptional hotel that exceeds all expectations. Highly, highly recommended!
Hotel Pearl Palace Heritage just not a hotel, it is pure feel of royalty.It is a prestigious venue that feels like out of the box to this crowded city with a fantastic location. The menu has such a varieties of dishes that it would take our 3 days to taste all of them. And a beautiful thing is that the owner Mr. Satinder Pal Singh is very very humble person and all the staff members are good and helpful. The Cuisines are exceptionally good that arrives from sister restorant "peacock" that is really nice.It has such a good dining area where we can read a lot of books that available in this area. In conclusion this hotel amazing and affordable with luxury feel and best for travellers.
Really loved staying here, it was quiet and the interior design of the hotel as a whole is stunning. The room was very comfortable— most comfortable bed during our whole trip in India! Really yummy breakfast as well, would definitely stay again
The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated in a colorful, traditional style with a lot of attention to detail. The staff, especially the reception team and the manager, were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the air conditioning due to a technical problem, but the staff responded immediately and offered us another room right away. In the end, we didn’t need to move because they worked quickly to resolve the issue. Overall, the service was excellent and the hospitality was outstanding. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a really nice two nights stay here. The staff was the nicest we’ve encountered anywhere in India. They have a laundry service that is efficient and cheap. The breakfast comes from an external place but it arrived on time, fresh and allowed us to be on time for our early appointment. The restaurant of the sister hotel, peacock, was also truly exceptional. The only note for improvement would be on the rooms - despite being very colorful and unique, some of the facilities could be upgraded and it would benefit from some deep cleaning. For example the hair dryer, the mini-fridge, the shelves over the bed, and the lamps and bed-side table were a bit sticky / dusty. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
