My stay in Manali was truly memorable. The hotel was located amidst beautiful mountains, offering breathtaking views from the room balcony. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a day of long drive from Leh. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to help even they were eagerly waiting till 10:30pm for us as there was heavy traffic from Solang Valley. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of local and Indian dishes. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air, and excellent hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Waking up to the sight of snow-capped peaks and enjoying a cup of tea while overlooking the valley was the highlight of my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manali for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
We had taken a complete package of Manali.. the experience of hotel grand Manali was very excellent… the view from our room was superb and makes our mind refreshing.. From this hotel famous Mall Road is very near by.. overall it is a very great and excellent hospitality.. one must try this if your are visiting Manali
Had an excellent experience with the complete package offered by the hotel. Everything was very well managed right from travel arrangements to stay and food. The hospitality and service were truly commendable, and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Really appreciate the wonderful service and care throughout the trip. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The staff was good and the food was very delicious. The view from our room was awesome, and we enjoyed everything there. However, the service was not up to the mark. They provided food items according to their convenience rather than ours. I was feeling cold, so my husband requested a heater for the room, but the heater was in bad condition and very noisy. They did not even provide basic water bottles and said they were chargeable. However, I must mention one positive thing. We had to leave the hotel early at 5 a.m., and breakfast was only available after 8 a.m. One of the staff members kindly prepared packed bread and jam, bread and butter, eggs, juice, and bananas for us and even for our driver. We felt very grateful and thanked him.
