It was a great stay at Sangaylay Palace Leh. Mr.Sonu was very helpful and informative. Thank you for the lovely stay. Food was awesome. After every trip when we came back to the hotel it felt like home away from home.

We recently visited Ladakh for our honeymoon, and Sangaylay palace was the very first hotel we stayed at. It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff treated us with so much respect, warmth, and care. They were always ready to help and went above and beyond to solve any issue we had. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay memorable. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was simply perfect. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay at Sangaylay palace again whenever we visit Leh, and we will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends who plan to travel there. This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations—the breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, delicious food, warm and courteous staff, and exceptional service. The staff never said “no” to any request and were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. They also provide a convenient cab shuttle service, which made getting around even easier and added to the overall comfort of our trip. Stayed for 3 nights and found the property to be of excellent value for money. The location is great and so is the staff. Rooms are spotless and the housekeeping is top notch. They provide complimentary pick up and drop to the Leh Market which would otherwise cost you around 300 rupees one way. Food is good. They have buffet for breakfast and dinner only (and not for lunch). So, if you're booking on MAP, you'd have to manage with b/f and dinner. Overall, its one of the best properties in Leh and I wouldn't think twice before booking it again for our next trip.
