I had a wonderful stay in the Hotel The rooms are very spacious neat clean the food is very tasty amd served in proper manner the breakfast is very good. Me and my family enjoyed the stay in the Hotel

Think twice before booking this hotel. It was a pathetic stay from start to finish. The customer service was extremely poor, and the hospitality was absolutely pathetic. The staff were unprofessional, unresponsive, and made it feel as though they were doing guests a favor instead of providing a service. The room occasionally had a bad toilet odor, and there was no quick response whenever assistance was needed. Room service was severely understaffed, leading to long delays. Overall, it was a very, very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are spacious and good with a proper seaview. But the important thing everyone needs that the hospitality, where I faced the worst. The hotel staffs are so rude and egoistic that they doesn't look for customer satisfaction. I asked for the breakfast that I can have it in my room, they denied. I asked if they can give, they denied. For every little things needs the payment such as having food in the room. The room price was 2000 rs, but for checking in 6 hours earlier they took 1500 extra. I couldn't have my breakfast as they change the breakfast timing to their convenience. The worst horrible experience it gave me and worst behaviour by their staffs. If someone is going just ask before anything you want. Okay

I booked a luxury room for 4 days at this hotel, expecting all the amenities mentioned, including a safe, sanitizer, snacks, and Wi-Fi. However, after speaking with the management, we were informed that some of these amenities were chargeable, even though they were listed as included. Additionally, the room access key was not working properly, which raised serious safety and security concerns. Due to these issues and the poor overall experience, we decided to check out after just 1 day instead of staying for the full 4-day booking.
