I choose this hotel for a weekend getaway and ended up having a really pleasant stay. The room was fresh, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The staff handled every request politely and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the common areas were kept clean. I checked out with a positive impression and would recommend it to others.
We have stayed for 2 nights at this hotel in June 2026. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and with a great view of the Himalayas. Each room has its own water heater and room heater. The breakfast had a choice of upma, bread, paratha and eggs with tea and coffee. The staff is very courteous and take a lot of interest in explaining the ways and customs of the local people. Definitely recommend a stay here
Tawang Heights is an excellent place to stay while visiting Tawang. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the beautiful Himalayan landscape is truly a memorable experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist guests. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Its convenient location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tawang.
We stayed at Tawang Heights for 2 nights and booked a “Super Deluxe” triple occupancy room, which turned out to be a complete disappointment. Calling it “Super Deluxe” feels like a scam. The room was extremely cramped with hardly any space to keep or manage luggage, and there was no window at all, so no view. The only positives were a good room heater and a large geyser. The service and food made things worse. The staff handling calls neither understood requests properly nor had the patience to listen. The food quality was poor and lacked basic taste. We tried the breakfast buffet once — it had options like puri-sabzi, bread, upma, eggs, and cornflakes, but the taste was disappointing. Even the egg bhurji needed extra salt, pepper, and ketchup just to make it edible. Overall, it was a very bad experience and not worth the money at all. Definitely not recommended.
We had a 3 night stay in this hotel which was booked by our travel agent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. We had booked a deluxe room in this hotel which had all the required amenities to have a pleasant stay in winter like a very good space heater, geasyer and restaurant serving good hot food for you. The rooms were cosy, neat and clean. The locality of the hotel is also very good with a walkable distance from tawang old market. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming in nature. Don't see any major negatives about this hotel. But few may find the size of the rooms smaller which could be a negative point.
