We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day. The biggest highlight is the location—it's in one of the best areas of South Goa, with beautiful beaches just a short distance away. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
Rooms are little small but overall good experience. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Always ready to help and assist.
It’s a small but very cozy hotel near colva beach. We stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are small but well equipped. washroom was clean and nice. Our room has great green view. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The only problem we was the breakfast timings are not clear. They start serving breakfast by 10. If you have plans before that please tell them in advance. Overall it was a nice experience.

I visited this hotel along with my group during my South Goa visit. An advance payment was made to the hotel. In addition, extra charges for an extra bed/mattress were paid by our team for one of the rooms. However, there was no space available in the room to accommodate the extra mattress. This issue was immediately brought to the notice of the hotel management and the reception staff, and a request was made for a refund of the extra amount paid. In response to our query, the hotel manager and management assured us that the extra amount would be refunded within 2–3 days. However, no refund has been made till date. Moreover, no phone calls are being answered by the hotel. 2. Food and Service Issues There is no facility for lunch and dinner in the hotel. The quality of the breakfast provided is poor and the quantity is also insufficient. On requesting an adequate quantity, the kitchen staff repeatedly asked us to wait for some time, but the required quantity was never supplied during breakfast. However, room services such as cleaning were found to be satisfactory. Overall, our experience at the hotel was not good.
