Great place to stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the beach is very beautiful. The service was good, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.

I have highly mixed feelings about my recent stay at this resort. While the hospitality and food were outstanding, the room hygiene and lack of maintenance were major disappointments for the price paid. What I Loved:Excellent Location: The resort sits in a beautiful spot with clean, well-kept outdoor areas. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff truly care about guest experiences. They went above and beyond by providing two security guards to accompany my family so we could enjoy the beach safely late at night. Fantastic Food: The kitchen team is incredible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all absolutely delicious. What Needs Urgent Improvement:Poor Indoor Cleanliness: The indoor environment did not feel clean. The room surface was very sticky, and the mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Dirty Washrooms: The bathrooms were extremely unhygienic and fell way short of the premium price point. Unresponsive Housekeeping: When I called housekeeping to address the cleanliness issues, nobody ever showed up to help. Frustrating Access Road: The main road leading to the resort was closed. We had to navigate a very rough, bumpy alternate path every time we entered or left, which was a huge turn-off. Final Verdict:The kitchen and front-of-house teams deserve praise, but management urgently needs to fix their housekeeping standards and improve communication regarding road accessibility.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Simbor Resort. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely beach view that makes it perfect for relaxation and spending quality time with family. The service at the resort was excellent. Mr. Nitin, the manager, is very supportive, polite, and always ready to help. His friendly nature and professionalism truly enhanced our overall experience. The rest of the staff were also very courteous, cooperative, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The resort is ideal for those who are looking for a calm and peaceful environment away from crowded tourist places. Although the main Diu beach is approximately 20 km away, the serene surroundings and quiet ambiance of the resort make it totally worth it. Overall, we highly recommend Simbor Resort for a peaceful family getaway. Thank you to the entire Simbor team for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable!

We booked 2 executive rooms online. The check-in time was 12 PM and we reached the hotel at 1 PM. They took some time to ready the room but they also offered us another room for taking rest and provided us the best service. The property is very nice, rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Service was also decent and the location is near sea but 20 km away from Diu. Swimming pool was not allowed to use. Spent a good day with family. Overall nice experience. Definitely recommended for family and friends.
