The room is small, shabby and not well maintained. The bathroom lock don't even work properly. TV doesn't work properly. You literally have to go really close to the tv for its remote to work. Same is for AC. Parking is a mess. There is not even sufficient space for it. It is extremely congested. Basically a hotel which is not even worth to be rated 1 star. There is no privacy. They don't even wait for us to open the door, rings the bell entire time until you open the door. Not at all recommend. Poor service.

The management don't know how to treat their customers. They tried to overcharge us by stating extra stay. When we asked for proof and their owner number, they went silent. Also, charges are high comparing to other nearby hotels. It can be defined as 1 star hotel as the rooms were below the standards. Parking also very congested. Not recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful stay considering the attitude the staffs carry. I urge the owner of the property to take appropriate actions on this. Happy to share the details if requested.

Disappointing experience – Absolutely not a 3-star hotel! We booked this hotel expecting a 3-star experience, but it isn’t even worth 1 star. The rooms are tiny, congested, and reeked of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were stinking. Privacy is a major concern here—room service knocked just once and immediately opened the door themselves before we could answer. Amenities are terrible; the room telephone had no connection, and drinking water was provided in a random, unsealed bottle. Parking is a mess because they block your vehicle and force you to hand over your keys, making it impossible to take your car out when needed. This place is definitely not preferable for families. At best, it's worth ₹1,000, certainly not the ₹2,500 they charge. Avoid.

It's a good option if you're looking for an affordable hotel in madurai. It is nearby to the railway station. And there are no accessibility/parking issues. Pros: The hotel room was clean and good for the price. Facilities are decent and there is a good view of the city. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. Staff are friendly enough and they also offer a ₹300 rupee bus tour of the city. But they do need to learn English a bit better. Free wifi is good and is fast enough. You should ask the staff for password/voucher code. Swiggy delivers here, so no issues about the food. Cons: I booked a non AC room and it was really hot inside even with the fans in full blast. Also, the window was not sealed properly (defect of hinge and seal) which caused a lot of mosquito bites which prevented us from sleeping. Also the water quality is really not ideal and I would advise you to not drink it and ask the reception for bottled water. Also the lg tv is painfully slow, and the signal is really bad and gets cut. The remote control also had dead batteries in them and is set to some tamil news channel by default. Overall 4 stars considering the price around ₹2500 for 4 guest room.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean, with fresh bed linen and fresh towels, which I really appreciated. There were a few small stains, but nothing that bothered me at all. Whenever I needed something, like soap or additional toilet paper, it was provided quickly and without any hassle. I didn’t use the WiFi, so I can’t comment on that. A special mention to Manni at reception – he was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a very relaxed and comfortable night in Madurai. Everything is within walking distance, which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend staying here!
