Worst experience…..Booked this hotel & when reached no response, even i was unable to reach at the hotel. At last they told hotel is full so we are cancelling your booking.

Stranded at the airport I called A Star. Neha answered and was very helpful in seeking last minute accommodation. When we reached we were helped by Mani, Luv and Rohit, very helpful and courteous in nature. We are leaving today with some great memories of Amritsar.
I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Despite making a full payment and booking well in advance, the rooms were not ready upon our arrival, and we were forced to wait for an extended period. The overall condition of the facilities was unacceptable. The bathroom had no lock, the exhaust fan was non-functional, and the room doors did not close properly, compromising both privacy and security. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and there was a noticeable lack of proper arrangements for guests. Additionally, the hotel does not offer any food services, which added to the inconvenience. One of the most misleading aspects was the claim that the property is located just 50 meters from the Golden Temple — in reality, it is quite far. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel. It does not meet basic hospitality standards and is certainly not worth the time or money.
