We stayed at this property for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was the off-season, and with very few guests around, it was very peaceful and quiet. We had breakfast and dinner on both days. We liked the dinner a lot. The South Indian breakfast could be a little better; however, we have no complaints about the other breakfast dishes. The staff, including both the housekeeping and service teams, were friendly. I would also like to mention Nayan (if I’ve typed his name correctly). He was gracious and welcoming throughout our stay. I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Shile, Pinku and the entire restaurant team. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the dining experience pleasant. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding the food quality and housekeeping. The food did not meet the expected standards in terms of taste, freshness, and overall presentation. Additionally, the cleanliness and housekeeping in certain areas need improvement to provide a more comfortable dining environment. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I believe with improvements in food quality and housekeeping, the restaurant can offer an outstanding experience to its guests. Recently stayed at Aquays Hotel, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service stood out. Even though our official check-in time was much later, a special mention to the morning shift receptionist who went out of the way to help us get a room quickly. After a long journey, that thoughtful gesture meant a lot and made us feel genuinely cared for. The location is simply perfect, with a serene private beach that adds a special charm to the stay. Also, heartfelt thanks to the receptionist on the night shift, who was equally kind and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and always checked in to ensure everything was taken care of. A big appreciation to the entire team for their professionalism and warmth, which truly made our stay memorable. Our visit was on 11th May.
