Rooms are very dirty. Receptionist lady is rude. Bathrooms are leaking and full of moss. Not worth for the price. Complimentary breakfast is not at all tasty, just for name sake. Walls of rooms are very untidy. No basic things like brush or paste are provided. Not sure how it got 3 star rating. Room keys will stop working suddenly. No room service unless asked. Even after asking, they will come very late. No water bottles are provided on second day.
I have stayed in multiple IRIS properties in India. This one was also very good as expected. The one thing that made this hotel more unique was the service provided by the staff. Specially Suma and Srivani from front desk very helpfull and polite. Good work and keep it up. Would definately recommend others to stay here if visiting Tirupati.
The best part about this hotel is its excellent location. It’s a convenient 5-7 minute walk from the Tirupati bus stand, the SSD Token center, and the main market area, making it a great base for transit and shopping. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable in terms of size. Areas for Improvement (Room & Washroom Maintenance): While the washroom was cleaned, it definitely needs a modern upgrade. It still looked a bit worn out, and I noticed small insects emerging from some of the wall and floor joints. Additionally, I had requested the staff to close my room window before I left, but found it still open when I returned. Daily housekeeping could also be more proactive, as they did not replenish the complimentary water bottles for the second day until I explicitly asked. The in-house restaurant opens at 1:00 PM. Since I arrived early, I requested a simple cup of tea, but unfortunately, they weren't able to accommodate the request before opening hours. TIP: Perfect for those prioritizing a spacious room close to the bus stand and token center, but keep expectations realistic regarding service responsiveness and bathroom upkeep.
Had very good experience. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. Very good cleanliness, spacious room, good facilities. They give cloak room services which is very helpful for people going for darshan like we did.. also after coming back from darshan they let us use restrooms and wait until our bus came.

A special mention to the reception team for their warm hospitality and professional service. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were attentive, polite, and ensured everything was in perfect condition during our stay. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, well prepared, and served promptly. The breakfast spread was impressive with a good variety of items, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The service during breakfast was also very professional and courteous.
