We stayed at Golden Tulip Tirupati with our family of six, including kids, and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 5-minute drive to the Alipiri entrance, making it very convenient for pilgrims visiting Tirumala The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and children The only issue we faced was with the room access card. It was quite fragile and broke with very minimal force. We were asked to pay for the damaged card, which was a bit disappointing as it seemed to be a quality issue rather than misuse. I would suggest the hotel switch to thicker, more durable access cards that are easier for guests to handle Other than this minor concern, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend Golden Tulip Tirupati to families and pilgrims looking for a comfortable stay

Stayed one night with family. The hotel room was spacious—we booked two rooms for four adults and a 7-month-old infant. Overall, the facilities were excellent and my family really enjoyed the stay. There is the Anantha Bhavan restaurant right next to the lobby, so you don't need to worry about food, especially for those returning tired from Tirupati darshan.

I was stayed here 2nd time bcoz I loved it and very impressive not in one view. Excellent cleaned rooms, spacious, friendly polite staff, super room service, quick and prompt room cleaning, particularly the Leaf hotel Manager Mr ANIL who is a nice person and always think about the customers satisfaction. He was a gentleman in serving the travellers without any ego and service oriented. Mr Ravi Kumar also a good person served with cheer and welcoming to the place. This type of treatments makes us happy and feel homely atmosphere. The cab service available at doorstep SRINIVASA TRAVELS Mr Anil garu is so kind and good hearted person who arranged the conveyance on time with a perfect experienced drivers like Abdul, naveen , pattabhi who are very cooperative and felt like a family member during the travel. Overall the GOLDEN TULIP is really a golden moment for us to remember long days. Thank you management for their maintenance and dedication in service to the piligrims. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before, which is why I chose to come back but this visit was honestly a big letdown. For a property that claims to be a 3 or 4 star hotel, the standards have dropped significantly. The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was visible dust, stains on the curtains, and even the bed linen didn’t feel fresh.Very unhygienic. The washroom had a constant unpleasant smell, which made things worse. On top of that, I had to repeatedly call for basic amenities that should ideally already be in the room and in working condition. Hot water availability was inconsistent, which is something you don’t expect at this level. Parking was another hassle, and surprisingly, even the lobby AC was switched off at times, making it uncomfortable as it’s a closed area. There was no welcome drink, and the reception staff seemed quite indifferent, with very little focus on guest experience. Breakfast was quite limited in options and didn’t match the expectations of a 3 or 4 star hotel at all. The only positive part of my stay was the food I ordered for dinner and the restaurant staff they were courteous and the food tasted good. Overall, this hotel has clearly declined over time. I wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore, especially when there are better options available in Tirupati at the same or even lower price. This definitely doesn’t feel like a 3 or 4 star experience now which they claim.
