Well meaning but…It would be helpful if they can have stool to sit on in bathrooms while taking bath :) and yeah. A homestay without iron? Ahem. A woman might roast them. Rest we are all fine!!

The hotel was clean, and everyone there was very enthusiastic. The people were lovely and friendly. The hotel took care of every member of my group. I love this place, I love the hotel and everyone who works there.

Stanzin and his family are amazing hosts. Location is very peaceful and very accessible. Mountains on all 4 sides, a spacious balcony and homegrown food is what i come back for. I’d highly recommend :)

I had booked a garden view room. But when i reached there, he said that my room has been upgraded to balcony view. When I visited the room, there were plenty of problems which were as follows- 1- The mattress of bed was too soft and plump and caused a lot of cervical pains and other body pains. 2- The lighting of room was too dim or weak. There was no proper lighting in the room. 3- The door handles were of poor quality and door wood was also of poor quality. 4- The water taps of wash basin were also of poor quality and were moving here and there. 5- The toilet seat was on my left hand side and not on the right hand side hence causing problems. 6- The small ventilation window of bathroom did not have a lock hence people from outside could easily view inside the bathroom. When I complained about this, then the hotel staff did not resolve this issue. 7- I also faced issue with hot water supply in the morning to take a bath. The hotel staff had to heat water through heating rod causing inconvenience and wastage of time. 8- There were many items which were not being served in the food menu. Otherwise the food was tasty for its limited food menu. 9- Many times the hotel staff did not pick my phone to order food or any other service related issue. This caused a lot of inconvenience. 10- The location of this resort is not good. It is 3 to 4 kilometres away from Leh Main Market area and located in a very remote place. 11- There was problem of power outage also. They did not have electricity backup or inverter. This caused many problems sometimes. The owner of this resort gave a waiver of around Rs 2000 for food for 6 days and told me not to give any negative feedback on google or Booking.com from where i booked this resort. But it was important to reveal the truth about this resort. Otherwise the owner was a very nice human being. The owner name is Stanzin.
