The location is simply unbeatable—you can enjoy spectacular views of the waterfall just steps from the property. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with excellent quality and taste. If you're planning a trip to Chitrakote Waterfall, this resort is the perfect place to stay. Very disappointing experience even before check-in. I contacted the resort to inquire about staying and asked about charging my EV. I was quoted ₹700 to use a standard power socket, but when I politely asked how that amount was calculated, no clear explanation was provided. Instead, I received a dismissive "take it or leave it" response. It wasn't just the charge that was disappointing—it was the attitude. In my experience, most hotels are happy to assist EV travelers and are transparent about any charging costs. This interaction left a poor first impression, so I decided to stay elsewhere.
