Located in shamshabad very close to the Airport. Convenient for airport travel and short stay. Rooms are decent and basic amenities provided. 3 lifts available to take us to different floors. Room service was provided with reasonable price. They have parking facility infront and next to the building. Nearby restaurants and shops in walkable distance. (Coffe day cafe , paramount restaurant, ice cream shop is in the same building. Pulla Reddy sweets in few meters. Breakfast spread is not that good didn't enjoy it. We visited on May 2nd week. They are renovating some rooms so we had full paint smell in our room. It was pathetic the entire night we had to adjust without AC as the smell was too much from the central ac.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Orders were not handled properly, and there was a complete lack of attention to guest preferences. As a vegetarian, I was particularly shocked when I was served a non-vegetarian dish without even ordering it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and basic hospitality standards. The staff seemed careless and lacked proper ethics when it comes to respecting guest requirements. Overall, I would strongly advise others—especially vegetarians—not to book this hotel. The service quality is far below expectations.

The staff and rooms provided a pleasant atmosphere. I was quite disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding breakfast timings. As a long-term guest on a business schedule, I found the strict adherence to the cutoff times—resulting in missed complimentary meals—to be quite inconvenient. Also another concerns were the cleanliness of the downstairs parking area and the relatively high cost of the food. If these areas are addressed, it would truly be a great experience.
