Excellent stay. Service was very good. The room was spacious and much comfortable for four of us. ( Family room stay with two kids). Having own vehicle will be better.
New hotel, rooms are very spacious and kept clean. It is quite a distance from the city and there is hardly any shop near by, but it served my purpose as we wanted to stay overnight and proceed to Keeladi the next day morning. Breakfast spread is excellent with standard south Indian options along with continental stuff.
Rooms were spacious but cleanliness is not to expectations. Service was terrible we waited almost 20 to 25 mins to check in same goes to check out they are just multi tasking and make the guest wait long! Breakfast options was very few and tasteless. Most ridiculous issue is we misplace a room card in the room they even charge for that missing card ! Service should be better pls improve the service
After Grand Madurai, Amika was good place to stay. It's 4 star but it provided the service very close to Grand Madurai. Service was quick and friendly. Room was perfect for us family of four. Huge space to accommodate our lagguage. Shower, toilet and sink were clean. We enjoyed the spa. Staff at spa was very efficient. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food was yummy.
One of the best hotel, I have ever stayed at during my visit to Madurai. From the moment I arrived, the reception and check-in process was seamless, and the same level of efficiency carried through until check-out. Breakfast Setup: The breakfast was thoughtfully managed, with a good spread and attentive service. Friendly Staff: The team was warm, approachable, and always ready to assist. Professional Handling of Crowds: During my stay, a politician was also checked in, which brought a large group of supporters to the hotel. Despite the sudden rush and scenes outside, the hotel’s security and staff ensured calmness inside. Guests were never disturbed, and the atmosphere remained peaceful. Overall Impression: This hotel truly stands out for its professionalism and hospitality. Even in unexpected situations, the staff maintained order and comfort for all visitors. It’s a place I would gladly return to and recommend to anyone visiting Madurai.
