Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect – truly top in every aspect. The service was excellent throughout our stay, especially in the breakfast area. I would like to give special praise to the waiter Suraj, who was incredibly helpful with every issue and always treated the guests with the highest level of care and professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied, and he personally helped me several times. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – outstanding service and a wonderful experience overall!
We had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Agra. The rooms were spotless, shining clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay truly relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with many good options to choose from, and a special thanks to Chef Sachin, who prepared everything beautifully and with great care. Restaurant supervisor Saurabh also paid great attention to the satisfaction of the guests.The quality and presentation of the food really stood out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra.
The overall experience was quiet well everything was upto the mark, must stay hotel if any one plan to visit agra. Also I would love to mention that the food was also very delicious although I tasted breakfast only, but the variety, ambience and taste all deserve a praise.
I got a WhatsApp message asking what time I would be arriving to check in. I informed them of my time which was noted, but they didn't have a room ready for us by that time - I still had to wait until the regular check-in time, which was fine, but confusing as the text was not communicative at all. The view was okay. There was fog which made viewing the Taj a little less dramatic, but that's not on the hotel. Photo is of the zoomed in phone photo I was able to take from my window. There was a little snag about the included breakfast/dinner that we had booked in advance. It was appropriately listed for one room but not the other. It was taken care of though and all was well there. The buffet was decent. There was a wait for any of the protein options like eggs and sausage. They did have wonderful Chai masala in sandstone cups. The rooms were as expected. We only stayed overnight so no opinions on cleaning or other amenities.
The Radisson Hotel Agra turned out to be such a pleasant surprise — a comfortable, well-managed stay that perfectly balanced convenience, good service, and a touch of charm. One of my favorite moments was definitely at the rooftop pool — from there, you can spot the Taj Mahal in the distance, glowing softly during sunrise and even more magical at sunset. It’s not a close-up view, but still a lovely reminder that you’re in the city of the Taj. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel sits right on Fatehabad Road, which is basically Agra’s main tourist strip. The Taj Mahal is just about 2 km away, and Agra Fort is around 4.5 km — both super easy to reach. Even Fatehpur Sikri, though an hour’s drive, makes for a comfortable day trip if you plan ahead. My room was spacious and clean, with all the modern touches you’d expect. The staff were genuinely polite and attentive — always ready to help with a smile. And the breakfast buffet? Excellent! A wide mix of Indian and continental dishes, perfect to fuel up before a day of sightseeing. For meals, I tried a bit of everything — Oasis Restaurant for casual dining, Henry’s Bar for a relaxed drink, and Wonder Terrace Kitchen for an open-air grill dinner with the Taj shimmering faintly in the backdrop. If I had to nitpick, the “Taj view” is more of a silhouette than a clear sight, and my key card gave me trouble a few times. Plus, one night got a bit noisy past midnight — you could hear people chatting in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing could be improved. Still, those were small hiccups in an otherwise great experience. Overall, I’d say Radisson Agra is a fantastic mid-range choice — perfect for couples or travelers who want comfort, good food, and proximity to the Taj Mahal without breaking the bank.
