If you can read English, avoid this place!! Water quality in the pool and common areas are extremely bad!! Lota of fungus and algae growth. Rough housing everywhere.. Dogs in kitchen. When I complained their response was to close kitchen curtains. Please, for your and loved ones health, avoid this place!!

It's a good resort overall. The rooms are decent, and the service is good. The hotel staff were helpful and even arranged a cab for our local sightseeing and Hampi visit, which made the trip more convenient. The only drawback is the location. While it's peaceful and quiet, you'll need to travel at least 2 km to find any shop, and there's only one nearby. For food, you'll mostly have to rely on the restaurant within the property. The prices are reasonable, but the vegetarian food quality could be improved.

What was promised to be a relaxing getaway turned into a complete nightmare. ​Room Mismanagement & Cleanliness: We were promised a room with a pool view, but the reality was far from it. Furthermore, despite specifically booking a large bed, we were provided with two joined single cots. Over the course of just 12 hours, we were forced to change rooms three times due to unacceptable issues: ​Room 1: The washroom was infested with small black ants. ​Room 2: The water heater (geyser) was non-functional, and the TV was not operational as there was no active dish subscription. ​General: Maintenance is clearly non-existent. ​Lack of Connectivity: There is absolutely zero mobile network coverage at this resort. When we approached reception, they told us to use the in-room Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi was completely dysfunctional throughout our stay. Effectively, we were left without any means of communication. ​Unsanitary Water Park: The state of the water park was the most shocking part of the trip. We were told it would be available from the morning, but upon visiting, we found that all pools and water slides were filled with stagnant, green, and heavily polluted water. It was clear that the facility had not been cleaned or maintained in a long time. It was frankly a health hazard. ​Final Verdict: This was hands down the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. From the lack of basic amenities to the poor maintenance and false promises regarding facilities, this resort fails on every level. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay elsewhere when visiting Hampi.

Beautiful setting used as a base to visit Hampi. Excellent place to stay. Staff were exemplary, freshly cooked food for meals, very helpful arranging tut tut for traveling to ancient sights, including sun sets. It was amazing whilst experiencing the real India. The round hut had ac, very clean and comfortable, just what was needed after such long days. An amazing base to experience Indias amazing past. If we were to visit again, we would use this great place again.
