Overall a great stay. The staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff including Heena. We made full use of their games room which is well kept. The resort took care of arranging a pickup, daily car, bear trip and guide. We enjoyed the delicious meals and lovely environment. My wife had an aurvedic treatment which was also top class.

To celebrate my wife's birthday I requested for a candle light dinner wuth decoration and cake along with flower bouquet. I made these requests remotely and got in touch with maaresh from heritage resort. Overall arrangement was wonderful.... Very well arranged and it made us feel amazing. Food was super delicious and they aslo catered to all of my custome requests related to food. I strongly recommend heritage resort and big thanks to maaresh for his wonderful service.

Had a wonderful stay at Heritage Resort Hampi. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Heena, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Excellent service provided by the staff - right from reception, restaurant team and house keeping team. Auto Manjunath did an excellent job by explaining each and everything about Hampi. Very helpful person and highly reliable. Restaurant team - T Maresh, Mrutyunjay , Chanbasappa went out of their way to make our meals as delicious and comfortable as possible. They got prepared what ever we wanted. Very helpful team. Reception team - Mrs Sathya was very warm. Always had a smile on her face and ensured our stay was more than comfortable. In the end, this restaurant has an excellent team.
