Stayed at KRC Palace for an office training program, and the experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, with easy access to buses and several shops right outside the entrance, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was also excellent, with good quality and a nice variety throughout our stay. Overall, a great place for corporate training, business trips, or a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend KRC Palace to anyone visiting Tezpur.

I absolutely love this hotel. Service is good. Rooms are neat and tidy. But the most important thing is their food. They serve the best breakfast and dinner. We were on the way to Tawang and stayed here for a night. Would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Tezpur.

Neat, spacious, and quite a luxurious hotel in Tezpur. We stayed here for two days in April 2026 and had a comfortable experience overall. The hotel as well as the rooms were well equipped with plenty of amenities, including laundry service and a good buffet breakfast. The food was good, and the buffet offered decent variety. The location was convenient with shops nearby. Parking was limited, but valet service was available. We did face a small issue regarding room cleaning being done without our permission while we were out. However, the lady manager and the staff handled the situation professionally and ensured that we felt comfortable again, which we truly appreciated.
