Both the housekeeping and the restaurant service were absolutely pathetic. **The Housekeeping is Nonexistent:** We checked into a room that felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The carpets were covered in crumbs, there was a thick layer of dust on the nightstands, and the bathroom was downright disgusting—mildew in the shower and stray hairs on the "clean" towels. When we asked the front desk to have the room serviced and the linens changed, we were ignored for hours. When someone finally came, they just emptied the trash can and left without actually cleaning anything or replacing the stained sheets. **The Restaurant is an Absolute Joke:** If you think the rooms are bad, the dining experience is even worse. We tried having dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was a complete disaster. The service was painfully slow; we sat for 20 minutes before anyone even brought us menus, despite the restaurant being half-empty. The waiters looked completely miserable and actively avoided eye contact. When the food finally arrived after a 45-minute wait, it was cold, completely unseasoned, and one of our orders was entirely wrong. Trying to get the bill took another 20 minutes of flagging down waving hands. Management clearly does not care about running this establishment. I chose to spend my afternoon here, and it was absolutely worth it. The view is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I ended up staying for almost 4 hours because the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was delicious, the Oreo shake was amazing, and I really enjoyed the hookah too. It's a perfect place to escape the afternoon sun, relax, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. I'm really happy I chose this place—it's definitely worth visiting!

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around. The hotel location is good, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing. The staff’s behavior was not professional. When we asked for drinking water bottles, the staff simply replied that they did not have any and asked us to arrange them ourselves. This is not the level of service guests expect from a reputed hotel. Additionally, we paid ₹2,500 per night for an extra bed, but instead of providing a proper extra bed, the hotel only provided a mattress on the floor. Charging guests for an extra bed and then providing a mattress is unacceptable and misleading. We are extremely disappointed with the service standards and hospitality. This experience does not meet the expectations associated with Bloom Hotels. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its guest services.
