Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Tulsii Inn was quite disappointing and did not justify the amount we paid. We were charged ₹3,500 for just one night, despite checking in around 6:00 PM and checking out early the next morning at 7:00 AM. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and pest problem. Our room (Room No. 107) was not properly cleaned before check-in. We found several dead insects in both the room and the bathroom. During the night, many similar insects kept appearing out of nowhere, even though all the doors and windows were completely closed. Their continuous noise disturbed our sleep throughout the night, making the stay very uncomfortable. Basic hospitality was also missing. No complimentary water bottles were provided during check-in, and while checking out, the staff did not even provide the invoice until we specifically asked for it. Since we hadn't received water bottles on arrival, we requested two bottles at checkout. The only positive aspects were that the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. Many items on the menu were simply unavailable. They didn't even have butter or ghee for the rotis. The rotis served were extremely hard to chew, the dal was overly spicy, and the sabzi lacked taste. Considering the amount charged, the quality of the food and service was far below expectations. Overall, this stay was not worth the price. I hope the management seriously improves cleanliness, pest control, housekeeping, restaurant quality, and basic guest services before charging premium room rates.
i visited with my family and Tulsi inn is clean and very good hotel and nearest to Grishneshwar temple and ellora cave is walking distance from tulsi inn hotel and budget friendly. Most recommended hotel .
I recently stayed at Hotel Tulsi Inn. The hotel is quite new and has good potential, but the service needs significant improvement. Even basic requests, like providing a single bottle of water, were not fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. I also tried the tulsi inn restaurant, which is spacious, but unfortunately the service was very slow and unresponsive. The prices are quite high compared to the quality of food served, which was below expectations. Food was rotten. Overall, while the infrastructure is decent, the management should focus on improving service quality and customer experience.
Best option for family stay. Close to temple and Ellora caves, both at walking distance. Super clean room and washroom. Bed quality was good. No room service but that's the case of all hotels here. Plenty of restaurants nearby for food needs. They also have their own restaurant at walking distance.
I just stopped by the hotel and the staff person sitting out the hotel was extremely rude and was presenting himself as manager. I spoke to the manager yesterday for a room for few hours and I was told to directly come in. This person was saying the price is 2500 rupees for 2 hours and took was to a dirty room with pee on the floor. Shameless attitude and no fear of god even when the hotel is right next to temple. Avoid this hotel at all costs as I found the person fishy
