Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff behavior is the worst I have experienced. Instead of welcoming guests, they keep talking about rules in a rude and disrespectful manner. They have no idea how to treat visitors or provide basic hospitality. Customer service is terrible, and there is absolutely no value for money. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable, but this place does the exact opposite. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management seriously needs to train their staff and improve their attitude.

Great location... But somewhat hard to find because it's just located in the same building of tanishq jewellery with just one name board. Complimentary breakfast was good with taste and variety and it's a buffet.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Check-in took much longer than expected, and no one offered clear communication or assistance. When issues came up during my stay, the response from staff was slow and lacked professionalism. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like my concerns were being ignored. Good customer service is essential in hospitality, and unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and responsiveness for future guests.
