The room is not suitable for family. I stayed alone and the rooms were so dirty. Wifi don't work in this hotel. I was given 3 alternate rooms and it was pathetic. I have attached the pics from this place. I lost one whole day. I will never visit this hotel. I was given a room in ground floor and the room was next to a common toilet and was very bad. Electric ports don't work. Once you enter the room, your mobile is out of coverage area. Never get into this trap seeing the Google pics.
Horrible Service.. Bathroom are Pathetic .. Most of Bathroom Pipes are not working and Front office work is not good.. Multiple times requested for repair but no response.. Balconies ( they claim as Sea facing) is only Side sea facing . Tabes in Balconies are not at cleaned and Horrible. Most of places are Birds Shit and Rusted ... Better go with other hotels .. not at all value for money
Horrible experience, the rooms are not clean, pillows are staind, table is broken, tv not working ac temp not adjustable, fan not working, no room service, they could not even arrange ice cubes I had to zepto it. The whole room smelt moldy. I will never recommend or return to this hotel. No sea view, this is the third building from sea view. Breakfast is just a small a2b breakfast meal box.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Stay Experience I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon requesting an early check-in, I was provided with a room that had a strong, stinging smell and visible fungus issues. The condition of the room was unacceptable and clearly not suitable for guests. When I raised a complaint, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was asked to upgrade to a superior room at additional cost. After moving to the superior room, the experience did not improve. There was no proper response or assistance from the front desk staff. Furthermore, the room did not have hot water and lacked basic expected amenities. This level of service and hygiene is extremely disappointing. I expect an explanation for this inconvenience and appropriate compensation for the discomfort caused. I look forward to your prompt response.
The only reason people book this room is when they don't find other places to stay. The location is the only positive note for this hotel. The rooms are old and stained. Sheets were fresh. Toiletries need to be requested. No mats provided at the room entrance. If you're booking this place just before the weekend that you need to stay, the price goes up to Rs.6000 per night ( normally 2.5-3K). NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. There's no parking as well. You have to drive around for parking and get all the luggage by yourself. And instead of buckets, you will be provided with clothes washing tub 🤷🏻♀️. The concierge was bragging about how good the business is during weekends. It's always booked as it is Pondi. Try not to book this place even as a last resort. Just drive back.
