A Truly Royal Experience – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer! We only stayed for a single night, but I desperately wished we could have extended our trip. Booking directly with Mr. Jeeva was a breeze—he was incredibly professional, helpful, and provided all the details we needed prior to arrival. The seamless check-in set the tone for a high-end, royal atmosphere that flows through the entire property. Our room was fantastic, featuring a plush king-size bed, a cozy sofa with a coffee table, a dedicated study desk, and fully stocked premium bathroom amenities. Highlight was the massage chair, what a luxury. Location was perfect, right opp to train station and 10 walk to temple. Our driver was given a/c room stay with breakfast. To top it off, the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We felt thoroughly pampered from start to finish and were genuinely sad to check out. Highly highly recommended.
Had a great stay at Royal court. We checked-in pretty late around 1Am yet received a warm welcome from the duty staff. We were given the wifi slips even before asking and was informed reg the breakfast timings. The massage chair was a surprise, clean and neat, well maintained. The buffet was really good with many options and the restaurant staff wr courteous.I specifically asked for fresh hot tea and the team ensure to give me fresh tea everytime. The house keeping staff,Mr.Abdul did a grt job in cleaning my room even without asking.over all a grt experience.Would definitely visit again with family. Its barely walkable from the railway station and has many small food joints nearby making it a good option.
The hotel is conveniently located just across from the railway station. While other reviews mention the rude staff, I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I guess how you shout into the forest it shouts back. The front desk would get six stars if possible. The rooms are spacious and the massage chair a bonus. But this hotel is old and it can't hide it. I don't care as long as it is clean. And this is the issue for the restaurant. The place mats are filthy. When I mentioned it a staff tried to clean it with a paper napkin. But gravy and curry sitting there for weeks or months doesn't move that way. They promised to wash them for the next day. Well, they didn't. I wouldn't let my dog eat on such a filthy mat. And not only the mats, the toaster, the buffet, everything full of stains and spills. In a 700 rupees a night hostel I would not complain, but this establishment is not cheap. And what made me wunder the most, that all these business men and wealthy families don't seem to care. I'm a firangi from Switzerland living in Thailand. I traveled every continent but have never seen something so dirty in a hotel or restaurant of that price category. Please, buy new place mats and wash them regularly, if necessary daily. 6 PVC mats you can get for lousy 300 rupees. And while I'm on it, get some decent jam and marmalade and teach the chef how to make light, fluffy pancakes. Thank you.
Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality We had a wonderful stay. One special feature is that every room has a wash basin, which is very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. There is also ample parking space available for guests. All the employees warmly welcome everyone with a smiling face and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The food is very delicious, fresh, and prepared in a halal manner. The chicken and meat dishes are healthy, fresh, and of very good quality. The overall experience was excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place for families and travelers looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The rooms were comfortable and reasonably well maintained, which is the only reason this review gets even one star. Unfortunately, the service and commitment from the hotel were extremely disappointing. During booking, nobody informed us that breakfast was included. Since we had to leave by 5:00 AM, this information was important and could have been discussed upfront. More frustrating was the hotel’s assurance that a packed breakfast would be ready by 4:30 AM before our departure. This commitment was one of the reasons we agreed to stay here. However, when we checked out in the morning, there was no packed breakfast prepared and no meaningful explanation provided. The in-room dinner was equally disappointing. The food quality was far below expectations and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel of this category. To add to the poor experience, the security guard at the entrance appeared completely uninterested in assisting guests and would not even open the entrance door despite sitting idle. Good rooms alone cannot compensate for poor service, broken promises, and lack of basic hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
