Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. Great location next to Elante Mall with fantastic dining options. Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Good property bcz not too old. But very blunt and non co operative staff. Will not entertain any convenience services even if asked specifically. Breakfast spread is good but of no use if not serviced well! Asked for cold coffee freshly made but still was deliberately served the dispenser one. No Tissues / Napkins on the table Despite asking number of times, nobody served and did when we were leaving from the table. Have no suggestions box/ feedback form.

We went for family dinner at Anardana Restaurant. The food was very delicious and everyone in the family enjoyed the same. They keep the promise which they made about the food at the time of booking. The best part of the crew Gaurav who is very humble and give us suggestions about the chef special items in menu. The family want to go there again for meal when we again come

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at **Novotel Chandigarh**. I booked my accommodation through the Accor website and agreed to pay the amount at the time of check-in. At check-in, I requested an upgrade to an executive room along with breakfast. The staff member, Mr.Mridual, informed me that as an Accor member I would receive a 5% discount, and I was charged ₹8,500 with the assurance that this amount covered the room and breakfast. However, the next morning at breakfast, a staff member asked for our room number (601). After we finished, we were told that breakfast was not included in our booking and that we had to pay an additional ₹2,600 for the buffet. This was extremely embarrassing, especially since we did not have our wallet with us at that moment. Later, another staff member even came to our room to collect the payment before we had properly settled in, which felt very inappropriate. We contacted the receptionist GARIMA to explain the situation, but instead of resolving the issue, they insisted that breakfast was not part of our booking—even though we had already paid the amount that was promised to cover it. I strongly believe it is the responsibility of the staff at the restaurant to inform guests beforehand if breakfast is not included, rather than allowing them to dine and then demanding payment afterward. Most importantly, the commitment made at check-in was not honored, which left us feeling misled and humiliated. They charged ₹2700 just for two aloo parathas and tea, which is completely unreasonable. The staff was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy when speaking to customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel altogether.
