⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The rooms are good, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Saad. The room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Although the room was a bit small, the excellent hospitality and service made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Hotel Saad team for a wonderful experience.

Staffs ( Rony, Jeky Hajong) behaviour very nice and excellent.Rooms conditions are really good. Staffs have polite behavior. All together it's awsome. Enjoy Shillong, staying in this hotel...My trip was holiday trip for family.
We took 5 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Staffs were responsive, humble, hospitality was good. Rooms were clean and maintained well. Water bottles were not given for 2nd day. After reminding them, they got it. We couldn't get extra blankets. Though we informed them to clean the room, it was not done on day 2. Geyser was not functioning, so hot water was not there in bathrooms. Room service was ok, food was wrongly delivered but later they rectified. There is no proper dining set up for guests. These points should be considered for improvement.
