Our stay at Radisson was extremely comfortable, and the hospitality was truly incredible. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. A special mention to Mr. Sachin, who made our stay even more comfortable. The Core & Pure Spa was absolutely lovely—very relaxing and rejuvenating. Mr. Pritam and his team were warm, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend indulging in the spa experience if you’re visiting the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality throughout.
I worked at this place during 1991–1992, when it was known as Jass Oberoi. After 35 years, I planned a visit again with my wife to relive and refresh the memories of my younger days. Today, it is Radisson Jass, and the experience was truly heart-warming. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff welcomed me with genuine love and warmth. Their polite and caring nature makes you feel like a king throughout your stay. Ms. Vijaya Dutt (GM) is a truly remarkable and dynamic lady. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal touch made my stay a lifelong memory. The premises are exceptionally beautiful, peaceful, and full of positive energy. Coming back after so many years felt emotional and special, and this visit will always remain close to my heart. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the live flute music, which was soft, soothing, and beautifully audible throughout the hotel—it added a magical touch to the entire experience.
Well planned hotel and interior is very serene most importantly it smells good. I visited to have dinner at the property and it was good, prices little on the higher side and menu has no speciality as such. But preparation was fine.
I recently stayed in Radisson, Khajuraho for 2 nights. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. Pros - - Good location - quite place with well maintained, clean surroundings, closer to western group of temples - Big and spacious rooms Cons - - Buffet dinner was ok. Limited options in breakfast - The room allotted to us had a connecting door to neighbouring room, though it was locked but could hear the noises from other room as well as from the corridors, thereby hindering our sleep - Lighting in the room was very dim
I stayed at this hotel expecting a premium experience, especially since it is rated as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The commode flush was not working properly, and there was continuous water leakage from the tap, which caused water to overflow in the washroom. What made this more disappointing is that before check-in, I had clearly asked whether everything in the room was working fine, and I was assured that everything was good. These basic maintenance issues are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I hope the management takes better care of essential facilities in the future.
