Superb beachside property with private swimming pool attaching to rooms...staff is super courteous especially the uncle who gave us fresh coconut water to drink. Accessible to local market, opposite to scooty rentals. Kids have play area. Food is superb. Outside rooms they provide small cloth drying stands that what I liked most after beaches.... Thank you so much the team for making our stay memorable.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at the Coral Reef resort in Havelock Islands. The room was spacious and beautiful. Both the swimming pools were a lot of fun. While access to the beach was limited, it was still a nice and peaceful stroll, especially in the morning. Breakfast buffet was good but too many flies. Meals are pricey. Amenities like small library and play room were also available. Overall stay was very good.

I had a wonderful stay at Coral Reef Resort, Havelock. The location of the hotel is excellent—very convenient and close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff ensured that all our needs were taken care of. A special mention to Mr. Sujoy Roy at the reception—he was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in Havelock. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

Extremely Disappointing – Nowhere Close to a 5-Star Experience Our stay at Coral Reef Havelock Island was deeply disappointing and far from what one would expect from a property claiming to be a 5-star resort. Traveling with an infant already requires some flexibility from hotels, but here even basic requests felt like a burden to the staff. On one occasion when I asked for simple kids’ food, I was told the staff was busy and didn’t have time to prepare it and was instead offered just milk. This wasn’t an isolated incident—similar situations happened multiple times during the stay. For a resort that markets itself as family friendly, this was extremely frustrating. The situation became worse when the hotel hosted a corporate event with loud music late into the evening, disturbing children’s sleep. What was even more shocking was that guests relaxing at the poolside were asked to leave and go back to their rooms because they were organizing a “private party.” Asking paying guests to vacate a common area for an event is unacceptable. Restaurant service was equally poor. During breakfast, when I asked a staff member for a coffee, the response I received was simply, “Help yourself.” This level of rudeness clearly reflects the attitude of the staff and management. Overall, the hospitality, service standards, and guest respect were extremely poor. This property seriously needs to rethink calling itself a 5-star resort. I would strongly discourage families traveling with infants from staying here.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Coral Reef Resort Havelock and it was truly a relaxing experience. The resort has a beautiful poolside area, and one of my favorite moments was watching live cricket on the big projector by the pool—it created such a fun and lively atmosphere in the evenings. The private beach is another highlight; it’s clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding while enjoying the stunning island views. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their service was excellent and made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Havelock Island. Looking forward to coming back again! 🌴✨
